Hend Tarawneh is an experienced project management and customer service professional with over 8 years in the field. Currently, she serves as an Admin Coordinator at KonTerra Group, where she manages administrative tasks and builds strong relationships.
Hend’s background includes roles at Lutheran Social Services and the United Nations International Organization for Migration (IOM). During her time at LSS, she worked as an Intake Coordinator, conducting comprehensive intakes with prospective clients. At the IOM Hend was a Project Assistant responsible for managing client data, coordinating legal advice & supporting a wide range of refugees involving offering various services that address their immediate needs and help them integrate into their new communities.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan, and a Human Resources Management Diploma, Hend is fluent in English and Arabic. Her dedication to her work and her ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds make her an invaluable asset to her team.
She lives in Maryland with her 2 kids, she enjoys traveling & outdoor activities.
