Melissa (Missy) DePietro is an Accounts Payable Associate at The KonTerra Group, bringing 28 years of extensive experience in accounting across various industries, including wholesale, service, construction, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Beyond her professional role, Missy is highly dedicated to community service. She has been an Elite Grand Champion fundraiser for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s Disease for 21 years, serving as the team captain of “Everybody Loves Mommom!” For over a decade, Missy has also volunteered at the Longs Park Art Festival. In addition, she has a personal commitment to supporting children with medical needs, growing her signature long, wavy hair each year to donate to Children with Hair Loss, marking her 10th donation this past year.

Missy is deeply involved in her synagogue, where she previously served as the Recording Secretary on the Executive Board and she performs in the annual Purimshpiel play. She is also a member of the Junior League of Lancaster, working to address food insecurity in the region. In her time with the League, she has contributed to various committees, including the House Committee, Special Events Committee, and played a key role in organizing the 100th Anniversary Gala, celebrating the League’s century of community service.

A lifelong resident of Lancaster, PA, Missy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Management from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. Outside of her professional and volunteer endeavors, Missy enjoys spending quality time with her husband Anthony, son Logan, and two ragdoll cats, Ajani and Lola. She also enjoys relaxing at the beach in Ocean City, Maryland.
