Michael Carrasco

Michael J. Carrasco has over 20 years of experience directing overall management and strategic planning, budget and workforce planning, human resources, and business operations in the Federal Government and the private sector. Michael focuses on supporting clients in all aspects of the administration of operations, developing and directing the implementation of program and administrative policies, goals, objectives, and priorities.
Michael has previously served on two national working groups advising on human resources policies and the administrative procedures of District Court Judges’ of the United States Federal Judiciary. Michael has a passion for healthcare, disability policy, and the Walt Disney World Resort. Being the parent of an adult with Autism and developmental disabilities, Michael advocates on behalf of those with Autism, mental health issues, and physical and developmental disabilities and previously wrote for Examiner.com about how to enjoy and make the most of your time when down at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. Michael holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Texas at El Paso.
