Ted Gallant serves as President at KonTerra Group, a leading provider of staff care and evaluation services to the international humanitarian and development community, serving more than 100 organizations and covering more than 90,000 lives.

Ted has over 15 years’ experience working with for-profit, not-for-profit, and government clients to design and implement an array of health and wellbeing solutions.

Working in the international humanitarian and development sector, particularly in difficult environments, exposes staff to heightened levels of stress and traumatic events. Ted understands the complexities of working in high-stress and high-threat environments, and is passionate about helping those, who help others. Having lived and worked both inside and outside the United States, Ted understands the complexities of designing and delivering solutions on a global scale, balancing cultural sensitivities with consistent programming to achieve the greatest impact possible.

Ted graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a degree in International Economics and a Minor in Business. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid outdoorsman, exploring the mountains whenever possible.
