Gururaj Kumar serves as an Organizational Resiliency Adviser for The KonTerra Group. Gururaj specializes in conflict management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and DEIA.

Gururaj’s interest in staff care is driven to “support the supporters”, those individuals, leaders, and organizations committed to making a change by creating a healthier and more resilient environment. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in coaching leaders and teams, delivering leadership and management development programs, managing workplace conflict, conducting organizational assessments, and facilitating large and small group retreats and consensus building processes. Additionally, he has held adjunct and guest lecturer positions at multiple universities, including Northwestern University, American University, Georgetown, and the University of Maryland.

Gururaj holds a BA in History and Psychology from the University of Michigan and earned his MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution and a graduate certificate in Organizational Change Management from American University in Washington DC. You can find him in Chicago, Illinois in the United States with his wife and son, trying out new recipes in the kitchen and rooting for his favorite sports teams.
