Leonardo Salgado has 11+ years of experience leading and implementing international development and humanitarian aid programs.
He is fluent in Spanish and has over four years of overseas work experience in Colombia, Haiti, The United Kingdom, and The Democratic Republic of the Congo, managing multi-million-dollar programs focused on public health and humanitarian assistance. He recently served as Program Manager for the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program with Chemonics International. His life and work experience reflect a true passion for serving those living in extraordinarily adverse conditions in underdeveloped countries.
He holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Project Management from Heriot-Watt University and the Polytechnic University of Milan, a Master’s degree in Administration from Umea University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from George Mason University.
