Kyla Ferguson serves as a Staff Care and Resilience Case Coordinator for the KonTerra Group. Kyla’s expertise is in the fields of Human Services and Organizational Development.

Kyla has a passion for assisting others in all capacities and values creativity, innovation, humility and service, thus; Kyla has held various roles in Human Service and Organizational Development to include: Case Manager, Intake Coordinator, Human Resources Specialist and Employee Relations Supervisor. Kyla also serves as co-chairperson of a Wellness Committee and champions DE&I initiatives in her hometown. Although these roles vary in title, they all encompass creating a safe and healthy space for individuals to thrive.

Kyla was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 2008. Kyla enjoys creating! When it comes to arts and crafts, there isn’t much she hasn’t tried her hand at. Her favorite creative outlet currently includes designing polymer clay earrings. Kyla also thoroughly enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and making new memories with her family.
