Recently, several counselors in the KonTerra Group network were looking for resources on getting better sleep. The catch? The individuals they were supporting lived and worked in conflict zones and other high-threat environments. For these people, some of the normal advice about good sleep hygiene doesn’t apply or falls very short of acknowledging contextual disruptions and dangers.
In keeping with our mission of equipping those who serve others in high-stress environments with resources that can help them maintain wellbeing, KonTerra Resilience has made this available for free in the staff care resource library. If you have colleagues or friends who may benefit, feel free to download it (click below) and forward it to them.
