Brandi Hawkins, PMP, ACC

Brandi Hawkins, PMP, ACC is a seasoned project/program manager, instructional systems designer, organizational development professional, and executive coach with more than 15 years of experience managing organizational and operational improvement-related projects, designing and managing workforce and talent development training and programs, and serving as an executive coach. She joins The Konterra Group having recently led the redesign of a military schoolhouse curriculum and associated courses to support the schoolhouse’s desire to keep pace with industry standards. Prior to that, she spent many years working with over a dozen government agencies in varying capacities to include:
- The development of several nation-wide executive coaching programs including an executive coaching learning series
- The development and management of a nation-wide career counseling program
- The development of an Information Technology organization competency model
- More than a handful of instructor-led and web-based courses
- The creation of a post-coaching model titled: Maintaining the Momentum – Achieving your goals after coaching
- The creation of a webinar titled: Engaging Career Conversations – Impactful conversation through the way you engage, which talks about the use of David Rock’s SCARF Model during career conversations
- A nation-wide training to improve airport/airline personnel engagement with the disability community
Ms. Hawkins also authors a series of short articles titled Coaching…for a Change; where she talks about how coaching, among other things can support successful individual and organizational change. Ms. Hawkins has a Masters of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development and currently holds a PROSCI, Project Management Professional (PMP), and International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach certification.
