Ann Moffett joined Konterra in 2024 as the Senior Human Resources Manager.  Ann comes from a 30-year career in HR with CARE where she served in a variety of roles including HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner and most recently as the Head of HR and Administration for CARE International.

She brings a strong belief in helping people both inside and outside of organizations.  She loves working with others to solve problems and move strategy forward.  She likes to continue to learn and is proud to be one of the first people to obtain her Global Professional Human Resources certification over 10 years ago.  She split her education in South Carolina with a BS in Financial Management from Clemson University and then a Masters in International Business from the University of South Carolina.

She and her husband recently moved to Washington, DC, from Savannah, GA where she is happy to be closer to her two grown daughters.  Ann is enjoying the wonderful restaurants and museums in Washington.  She loves to read, hike and travel.
