Judy Greenberg

Staff Care & Resilience Clinician

Judy Greenberg is currently a part time mental health counselor with KonTerra’s contract supporting USAID/BHA. She specializes in international mental health and psychological trauma and healing.

Judy brings a deep commitment to making the understanding mental health and resilience accessible to all people by sharing information and making that information clear and concise. She has worked with international graduate students, adolescents and adults both domestically and internationally. She worked providing mental health support to USAID employees and family members, especially after crises and disasters. She has continued her work with humanitarian frontline employees providing support and strategies for resilience and wellbeing.

Judy is an experienced EMDR practitioner, consultant and trainer. She also brings in her expertise with Polyvagal theory and has trained directly with Deb Dana to utilize the central nervous system as a guide for understanding and recovering from trauma. She provides consultation to two organizations that resettle and support refugees
and asylum seekers.

Judy is currently located in Vermont, where she enjoys being outdoors hiking, bike riding and being in the mountains.
