What is layoff trauma? Is this what’s happening to me? In this Ask Me Anything session, Clinical Psychologist Dr. Anne Justus will discuss what layoff trauma is, how to know if you have it, the importance of accepting it, and how to work through it. Common symptoms include confusion, anger, low self-esteem, decreased confidence, poor concentration, feelings of betrayal, shame, and grief. We will break down how to move through this process in 5 simple steps. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask Dr. Justus questions about layoff trauma and their journey through this process.
